About Interact 2025

A Mitratech-hosted conference, technology expo, and networking event specifically tailored to our solutions and growing user base.

April 14th – 17th, 2025.

Historically a user conference, the demand and interest in Interact has allowed us to expand this event up to more industry thought leaders and teams across corporate legal, risk, and HR compliance. And as always, all Mitratech clients — near or far, big or small, one solution or all — are welcome at Interact 2025. [Register Here]

We anticipate ~400 attendees across our corporate legal & claims, risk, compliance, and HR business units to be present at Interact 2025. It’s going to be our biggest and most impactful conference yet (everything IS bigger in Texas, after all!).

Registration & Booking

You can start or complete your registration for Interact 2025 here.

General Admission to Interact 2025 is $500. (But keep your eye out for our promotional periods and limited-time promo codes!).

Yes, you can request an invoice on our Interact 2025 registration page to pay at a later date while still securing your spot at this year’s event.

Yes, you can update or modify your registration at any time. Please visit the link in your confirmation email, revisit the registration page, or reach out to your account representative for further assistance.

Yes, you can request a refund up to 30 days prior to the event. There will be no refunds given within the 30-day mark of the event, which kicks off April 14th, 2025.

The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. You can book your accommodations soon on our website.

At the Event

Our full conference agenda will be available soon, but for now, you can expect a full day of candid, cross-functional discussions, hands-on demos, networking, and so much more. Interact is a truly unique experience that blends learning and collaboration across corporate legal, risk & compliance, and HR. It’s so much more than a user conference and tech expo — it’s an immersive, in-person community event that will change how you think about technology, productivity, risk mitigation, and scalability.

We will kick off the conference with a Welcome Reception on the evening of April 14th and close out with a closing party on April 17th. Attendees can depart any time afterwards.

In addition to workshops and training, Interact 2025 attendees can expect to discover our latest updates and enhancements in our ongoing Tech Expo. We will cover a full mix of Mitratech products at this year’s event, including TAP Workflow Automation, TeamConnect for Matter Management, the Alyne GRC platform, PolicyHub for intuitive policy management, Trakstar’s leading performance management, and a variety of our latest AI enhancements and portfolio additions (like HotDocs for advanced document assembly and automation!).
